Ordering and Delivery
UK orders
Customers can order by phone at 0161 833 1515 or via our online shop.
Merchandise will be sent out covered by insurance with Royal Mail special delivery (rates vary depending on weight).
Overnight courier can be arranged, please refer to shipping options section in the online shop.
International orders
International customers can order directly from our on-line shop.
For your convenience, international orders made via our online shop are shipped Airmail from our UK office. Delivery time will vary depending on your location and whether there are any delays at customs at the destination country. In our experience, shipments to Europe take typically 3-5 days, and shipments to North America, Canada, Asia and Australia typically take less than 7 business days from day of posting but we cannot guarantee exact date of arrival with this shipping method.
Please note that custom delays at the destination country are out of our control.

Order processing
Orders made through our on-line shop are processed within 48 hours of your order, from Monday through Friday.
We will contact you via email to confirm availability of your order and shipping of your order.
For out of stock items, we will contact you with an approximate delivery date or ofer an alternative product.
Riotgear reserves the right at any time to accept or decline your order, or limit the order quantity for any reason.
Express Shipping
If you require alternative express shipping by courier service such as Fedex or UPS, please contact us at via the ‘Contact’ section of the website.
Duty & Taxes
Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duties (if applicable in the destination country). Contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges.
If you decide to refuse your shipment from Riotgear after the order has been processed & shipped, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Riotgear. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are determined by the merchandise value and weight of your order, calculated in pounds sterling.
All orders are subject to verification and confirmation of shipping availability to your destination country.
Tracking
Please note, orders via express courier and airmail: Fedex, UPS etc. have tracking via the respective couriers.
If you require tracking of your package, please contact the Riotgear office for your tracking number.
